These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Novfex website and our subscription products — Retail & Sales, Committees, Distribution and Family Vault. By using our website or subscribing to a product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our website and products

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate information when registering, booking a demo, or subscribing.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• You will not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscriptions & payment

• Subscribing to a Novfex product means agreeing to pay the applicable fees for your plan, billed on a recurring basis.
• Payments are processed securely through PayHere. We do not store your full payment details ourselves.
• Prices may change; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

3. Your business data

Data you enter into a Novfex product — stock counts, ledgers, member records, delivery schedules — remains yours. We keep it in a separate space for your account and do not share or pool it with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep our products available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from planned maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software on our website and in our products belongs to Novfex or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Novfex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
