Four products. One very specific job each.

Each one replaces a stack of paper or a shared spreadsheet that a real business is still running on today.

Live

Retail & Sales

Everything a shop does in a day, in one place: selling at the counter, keeping stock straight, taking in repair jobs, chasing supplier orders, and sending invoices. Built for businesses running more than one branch, where the head office needs to see all of them at once.

It also gives each shop its own online storefront on its own web address — so customers can browse what's in stock without anyone maintaining a second system.

For multi-branch shops & repair businesses

What it does

  • Sell at the counter and keep a record of every sale
  • See what's in stock at every branch, in real time
  • Take in repair jobs, track them to completion, and text customers when they're ready
  • Keep track of what's under warranty and what isn't
  • Raise purchase orders and receive supplier deliveries
  • Send invoices and keep customer accounts up to date
  • Publish an online storefront on your own web address
  • Give every staff member exactly the access their role needs
  • Run several branches under one head office
  • Capture printed documents by photo instead of retyping them

Committees

Built for the way village societies, temple committees and welfare associations actually run. Members pay monthly dues, the treasurer records and reconciles them, and the books have to balance at the end of the year — usually while being passed between people in a group chat.

One organisation can run many villages and many committees, each kept completely separate from the others.

For village & welfare societies

What it does

  • Collect monthly dues and see at a glance who has paid
  • Set different fees per member, per committee, or per village
  • Keep a treasurer's ledger that balances, with your own account categories
  • Run fundraising events and track every contribution to them
  • Require more than one signature before an event's books are closed
  • Issue receipts by print, SMS or email, using your own template
  • Scan paper receipts by photo instead of typing them in
  • Keep a discussion thread against each event
  • Let members request their own detail changes, approved by an admin
  • Invite new members by link or existing account sign-in

Still in progress: printed report exports and downloadable receipt files.

Distribution

For wholesale distributors moving stock into retail shops every day. The whole product is shaped around movement: which lorry left, which route it's on, which shops it reached, which it skipped, and what every one of those shops still owes.

Field reps carry it on their phones. The office sees the same picture live.

For wholesale distributors

What it does

  • Track every lorry and field rep live on a map
  • Plan delivery trips and dispatch orders to them
  • Review a finished route: shops visited, shops missed, distance covered
  • Keep a running account and credit notes for every shop you supply
  • Run promotions and campaign discounts across your catalogue
  • Let shops place and track their own orders through a self-service portal
  • Manage the catalogue, purchasing and inventory behind it all
  • Hide sensitive figures on a shared screen with one tap
  • Give customers a public link to track their order
  • Capture paperwork by photo instead of entering it by hand

Family Vault

The documents a household needs at short notice — identity cards, birth certificates, passports, insurance papers, medical records — kept in one place and filed against the person they belong to on a family tree.

Who can open what follows the family relationship itself, so nobody has to maintain a list of permissions. A parent's access to a child's documents ends on the day that child turns eighteen.

For families

What it does

  • Store every household document in one encrypted place
  • File each document against the family member it belongs to
  • Build out a family tree, and let access follow those relationships
  • Have a parent's access to a child's records end automatically at eighteen
  • Search your documents without any of them being exposed
  • See only a name and age for relatives whose records aren't yours to open
  • Confirm every sign-in with a code sent to your phone
  • Pull the text out of scanned documents so you can find them later
  • Share a download link that expires within a minute
