Novfex ("we", "us") builds software for shops, fleets, committees and families. By using our website or subscribing to a Novfex product, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account & business details — name, email, phone number and business information you provide when you register, book a demo, or contact us.
• Billing information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is handled directly by PayHere, our payment processor. We do not store your full card or bank details ourselves.
• Usage data — how you use our products, so we can fix problems and improve them. For shops using our Retail & Sales storefront feature, this also includes order and stock data entered into that product.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and device information, collected automatically when you visit our website.

How we use it

• To set up and run your Novfex account and subscription, including processing payments through PayHere.
• To respond to enquiries, provide support, and communicate about your account.
• To improve our products based on how they're actually used.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our website and products.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• PayHere, to process subscription payments securely.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers who store data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Anyone we're required to disclose to by law or a valid legal request.

Business data you enter into a Novfex product (stock counts, ledgers, member records) stays in your own account's separate space and is never pooled with or visible to other customers.
